Free Shipping: We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): All COD orders are verified. Orders will be shipped only after successful phone and address verification.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 days
  • Shipping Time: 3–4 days (depending on pincode)
  • 90% of orders are shipped within 24 hours
  • All verified orders are shipped within 48 hours
  • We do not ship on Sundays

Orders are shipped via major courier networks and usually delivered within 3–4 days after dispatch.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
  • Discounted products are eligible if requested within 2 days
  • Promotional offers (Buy 1 Get 1, etc.) are eligible for wallet credit only

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Tags and accessories must be intact
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claims

  3. Pickup will be arranged from your address

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Prepaid orders → original payment method
  • COD orders → UPI or bank transfer

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Clearance or final sale items
