1. Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
We usually process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement, so we recommend raising a cancellation request as soon as possible.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, you must raise a request through our customer support assistant.
- Provide your Order ID and registered details
- Ensure the request is raised within the cancellation window
- Our team will review and confirm your cancellation
Note: Cancellation requests made through email, call, or any other platform may not be processed.
3. Cancellation Charges
- No charges will apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch
- If the order is already processed or packed, cancellation may not be accepted
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refund will be initiated once cancellation is approved
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
5. Important Notes
- Orders during sales or promotions may not be eligible for cancellation
- Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once confirmed
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock or payment issues
