Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Shivom Jewellers, we want your shopping experience to feel secure, transparent, and worry-free. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for eligible jewellery purchases.
Shop with confidence
Return requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to product condition, packaging, verification, and applicable policy terms.
3-Day Return
Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for processing product-related claims.
Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Exchange Help
Exchanges are supported for damaged items, wrong items, or eligible size issues.
Return Policy
At Shivom Jewellers, you can shop with complete confidence. We offer a clear and transparent process for eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return.
- Products purchased at a strike-through price or standard discount may be eligible for a full return, provided the request is raised within 3 days and the product meets the return conditions.
- Products purchased under promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 or similar schemes will not be eligible for a monetary refund. Such returns may be processed as Shivom Jewellers Wallet credit.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be intact.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for processing claims.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition.
- Claims without required video evidence may not be accepted.
Important: Please record the unboxing video before opening the sealed parcel. This helps us verify damage, missing items, or wrong-item claims.
How to Initiate a Return Request
To initiate a return, please email your return request along with your Order ID to our support team.
Email Your Request
Send your Order ID and reason for return to info@shivomjewellers.com.
Share Proof
Upload at least two clear product images along with the unboxing video.
Pickup Arranged
Our delivery partner will arrange pickup from your registered address.
Once your request is received, we will generate a Return Request Ticket and share the Return ID with you via email and WhatsApp.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after successful pickup and verification of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Goodbye sale or clearance products, wherever mentioned on the product page.
- Items that are used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
Exchange Process
Exchanges may be considered for eligible cases after verification by our team.
Damaged Item Received
If you receive a damaged item, we will assist with an exchange for the same item, subject to product availability and verification.
Wrong Item Received
If the wrong item is delivered, we will arrange verification and help you exchange it with the correct item.
Size Issue
In case of an eligible size issue, exchange may be processed with the same variant item, subject to availability.
Note: If the exact item is not available, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or process the applicable refund.
How to Initiate an Exchange Request
- Email your exchange request to info@shivomjewellers.com with your Order ID.
- Clearly mention the reason for exchange.
- Upload at least two clear images and a video of the item.
- Share your complete pickup address and preferred pickup date.
- Mention whether you want the same product or a different size/color.
After receiving your request, we will generate an Exchange Request Ticket and share the Return ID with you via email and WhatsApp.
