Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, our logistics partner will keep you updated with real-time tracking details via SMS and/or email.
When do I receive my order?
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation.
It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website is different from the order confirmation.
